NY Bridal Fashion week is in full swing and the dresses have not disappointed. As a Luxury Wedding Planner we love seeing what comes off the catwalks and this year has left us wanting more! The big wedding dress names Vera Wang, Monique Lhuillier, Marchesa and some less well known designers have given us the most amazing looks for the coming years. Claire Pettibone a British designer shocked her audience with a gilt edged veil that left the crowd in awe of her skills.
Marchesa pulled out the feather look with the most dramatic skirt and also using feather was Vera Wang and the Wang gang who have used feathers, the most delicate mesh and stunning intricate designs we wish we could have them all.
Soft hues and pastels was another big trend with a few designers breaking away from the traditional Ivory/Cream/White. Miss Hayley Paige has created the most unreal aqua wedding dress. With many years of Wedding and Event Planning under our belts we are yet to have a bride who has worn colour so we are excited to see what our 2016 and beyond brides choose for their big day.
